Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).
Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
To start a return, please contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Clearance or marked-down sale items
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us here.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
